Eligibility for Refunds

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
